Ugandan gospel musician Levixone has been honored with the People’s Choice Award at the East African Gospel Music Awards (EAGMA) 2025, held in Tanzania.

Levixone, Multi award winner,singer and song writer, has had a remarkable journey in the music industry.
His passion for music ignited at a young age, as he began singing in church at the age of 10. This early exposure laid the foundation for a professional career that officially started in 2010.
Since then, Levixone has become a prominent figure in the gospel music scene in Uganda and globally, known for his soulful R&B, Soul, and Reggae-infused gospel tracks.
The EAGMA 2025 event underscores the cultural significance of gospel music in East Africa, bringing together artists from various countries to celebrate their contributions.
Levixone’s win in the People’s Choice category, where the public votes for their favorite artist, highlights his widespread popularity and the impact of his music on audiences across the region and his Country.
The win is part of a broader success in Levixone’s music journey. He has previously won several awards, including the 2018 Sauti Awards in the USA for East African Male Artiste of the Year and the Male Artiste of the Year in Africa at the Vine Awards in 2021.
Even though Gospel music in the Country and Regionally struggle to win fans, Levixone from the start of his Career has been focused with Singing Gospel Songs and winning Awards for his Country.
